This time, we "traveled" to California to design the Elkins wines.
Made using sustainably grown grapes, the wines are made in a way that showcases vintage, varietal, and location. To achieve this, Elkins Wines implements a low-input style of winemaking that lets the fruit do the talking. The wines are then bottled unfiltered, with minimal sulfur, and without the use of fining or stabilizing additives.
Inspired by sustainable production, we selected a variety of endangered birds that we can find in the American Viticulture Area. We designed different species flying together and in the same direction, trying to convey a message of freedom, hope and respect for the earth.
